The location in the middle of the town was quiet and absolutely perfect. It was set in a particularly good area. The restaurant was very nice for breakfast, I tried tasty dishes. It had nice views outside of the lovely gardens and an absolutely stunning decor.

Particularly good and beautiful location for visiting Madurai, it's short walk to the splendid and quiet park and the lush greenery, chirping birds, nice walk way over all.

Very comprehensive and substantial breakfast, best ever had, with several local dishes and the international plates, for instance. The location was quiet; it was in the middle of the town. Madurai airport was hardly 23 minutes away by car.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful, I greatly enjoyed it, especially garden view. Location: the venue was just off the center, well maintained gardens and grounds, and restaurant on the new year night. Also, it was 10 minutes drive to Big Bazaar. The vegetarian breakfast was reasonably good and plentiful, plenty of options.

Wonderful experience
I had a wonderful experience at Heritage. The suite we were upgraded to was just amazing. The living room was spacious and the bedroom had a stunning view of the plunge pool through a wall of glass. The whole setup was simply wonderful, although the outside bathroom was a bit odd and hot. The service from the staff was excellent, from the front desk to the restaurant. The food was also very good. The resort itself is a peaceful oasis amidst the chaos and noise outside. I highly recommend this hotel experience.
